Tom joined Carisbrook Partners in 2025 to help build the firm’s Equities practice, primarily executing Equities portfolio management, trading & analyst mandates for the buy and sell side. Prior to joining Carisbrook Partners, Tom spent three years in technology recruitment covering the UK and Central Europe. He graduated from the University of Leicester with a BA in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
