Manak joined in 2025 and is part of the Global Oil team within Commodities. He focuses on trading and analyst hires with merchant trade houses, hedge funds, prop trading firms and utilities across Europe, APAC, and North America. Before joining Carisbrook Partners, Manak worked for a small recruitment firm as an Options and Volatility head-hunter focussing on market makers, proprietary trading firms and hedge funds globally. He graduated in 2018 and read for a BA in Japanese Studies at the University of Cambridge.
